Syzygium wightianum is a species of woody plant of Myrtaceae family, distributed in India, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. In Vietnam, the tree grows in tropical monsoon evergreen hilly and low mountain forests below 1000m asl, from Kon Tum, Gia Lai down to Kien Giang (Phu Quoc).
