From May 28 to May 31, 2023, a delegation of experts preliminarily evaluated routes and heritage sites in the DNUGGp to ensure service work before the first official revaluation period in 2023 will take place from June 26 to June 30, 2023.
Participating in the preliminary evaluation team were representatives of the Vietnam National Commission for UNESCO, consultants and Management Board of Dak Nong Geopark, districts and city in the DNUGGp.
After 3 working days, consultants had a working session with the Dak Nong Provincial People’s Committee to report and evaluate the results of the preliminary evaluation of DNUGGp heritage sites, the preparatory work for welcoming the revaluatuion team. Thereby, there were exchanges and recommendations for the units, departments and localities to prepare more carefully, ensuring the revaluation work to achieve the best results in the coming time.
